ABG Rebate Platform helps internal teams manage rebate programs for customers. Different users see different parts of the app: admins, internal users, customer managers, builders, and plumbers all have their own permissions and workflows.
My work focused on the places where rebate policy met software: customer administration, program rules, submission flows, duplicate checks, bulk uploads, exports, and the edge cases that show up when real users move through the system.
